Return a Nexthostingpace product and Services for a refund
Do you need to return a Nexthostingspace product or Services? In the sections below we explain how to return products for various situations.
Return Products or Services purchased direct from Nexthostingspace
If you purchased from Nexthostingspace and its within 30 days of the ship, download, or unlock date, you’re eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
For software and Themes
When you request the refund, your license will be deactivated and you’ll no longer be able to use the product.If you have questions, you may also contact Customer Service.
Nexthostingspace recommends returning products using a traceable method. If shipping via USPS, consider using registered or certified mail, or a return receipt. We aren’t responsible for lost mail or products damaged during shipment. Staples rewards used for the purchase will not be reimbursed. Shipping fees for the initial order and product return won’t be reimbursed. Also bank charges will be taking care of by the customer.
Purchased from a resellers or Partners
If you purchased from a reseller Partner and they will not accept the product return, you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. You will need to provide the following:
- All physical components, including manual and CD if applicable
- A copy of the resellers purchase receipt
- Mailing address to send the refund
- Phone number
- Email address (optional, in case there are questions)
Refund electronically delivered products
You have 30 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered Intuit media. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to the Returns Department.
Refunds for electronically delivered products can be requested by sending an e-mail with a copy of your purchase receipt as well as the license number of the product to be refunded to e-returns@Nexthostingspace.com.

Terms and Conditions for 30 Days Money Back Guarantee
The Nexthostingspace Money Back Guarantee (“MBG”) or Money Back Promise (“MBP”) applies to the monthly fees and set up fees of our Nexthostingspace Hosting tariffs.
It is limited to the basic configuration of Cloud Servers and does not apply to consumption-based costs, marketing budgets, the Google Ads Management Service set up fee, domains or to additional, customized services and features added from the shop or Control Panel and other third party products and services on our platform.
The Nexthostingspace MBG starts on the date the initial order was placed.
Customers switching from one package to another package shall be deemed to have exhausted the 30-day period, and are no longer eligible for the Money Back Promise.
Any customer who has breached or whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the Nexthostingspace General Terms & Conditions including but not limited to (Payment of Fees) and (Acceptable Use Policy) has automatically forfeited the right to use the Nexthostingspace Money Back Promise.
